Our Golf Academy program is a comprehensive training initiative designed for students of all skill levels with the knowledge, skills, and techniques needed to excel on the course. Led by our PGA-level Golf Academy Director, our program combines both theoretical and practical learning experiences, ensuring that every individual is equipped with the fundamentals and strategies required to improve their game and reach their full potential.
We offer three levels of programs: the Beginner Program, Developmental Program, and Elite Program. Whether you’re a beginner looking to take your first steps in the sport, or an experienced golfer seeking to refine your technique and push your game to the next level, our golf academy program has something to offer. With state-of-the-art facilities, nearby Forest City Golf Course, and a focus on personalized instruction, we’re dedicated to helping our students achieve their golfing goals and enjoy the sport to the fullest.
Our training system is designed to prepare students for high-level competition by enhancing their technical proficiency and minimizing strokes. The structured training regimen covers various aspects of the game, including the long game, short game, mental game, management game, on-course training, and physical fitness.
After completing individual assessments and testing on all training system categories, we design periodic training goals and individual training plans. Students will meet with the team of instructors regularly to review progress reports, tournament data results, and continue updating personal S.M.A.R.T. Goals.
In addition to our training programs, we also offer a comprehensive fitness program that diagnoses physical limitations and prescribes personalized golf fitness training plans. Our program focuses on core stability, strength, and explosiveness needed to create stability and mobility for golf. We promote muscle strength, balance, flexibility, speed, and explosiveness throughout your body while targeting specific muscles in the golf swing.
During tournament preparation, the students transition from technical training drills and video swing analysis to focus on mental and physical preparation for competition. The individual training plans will then be adjusted to include mental preparation, course management, short game scoring & saving par station training, wedge game 30-80 yards, greens in regulation (GIR) proximity, driver distance & control, fairway wood efficiency, shot shaping, ball flight control, uneven lies, and trouble shots.
Our golf and fitness coaches will meet regularly to review progress reports and test data to coordinate training plans accordingly. We aim to cultivate players’ self-learning and self-improvement abilities by analyzing their training and competition performance, which helps them identify their strengths and weaknesses. This ability is essential for future growth and development to reach their full potential.
